Xfinity messed up account

I switched to xfinity mobile online. I brought my iPhone over and received a promo for a Samsung phone free with the premium unlimited plan for my husband. The Samsung was being shipped to us. My iPhone was activated but wouldn’t work so I was told to go to the Xfinity store to have it looked at. I went to the Waldorf md Xfinity store where an agent fixed my phone and had it working within a minute. Then the issue happened. The district manager was there and saw I was waiting for the Samsung in the mail. He went in the back and retrieved the same Samsung and wanted me to take it home that day and just bring back the one in the mail when we receive it. I told him that I really wasn’t worried about it and would wait but he insisted and handed me the phone. He said I would have everything the same and all I have to do is bring the other one back. I would pay the taxes again but would get that money all back when returned the other phone. Well that didnt happen. I realized first when I got home that he put me on the regular unlimited plan so now I am paying for the Samsung. I received the other Samsung in the mail and took it to the store. I told the agent that he has me in the wrong plan so she switched me back to the premium and said that now I would get the phone free. Well it’s still on my bill and on top of that when I took the Samsung from the mail back I was charged a restocking fee. All together I over paid $53 and have not received any refund. I’m not sure what the district manager of Waldorf Md did but I can not get anyone to fix my account or to refund me. I was just on the phone with Xfinity and was told the store has to fix it. Even after I told them I went to the store and was told it was fixed. I am at a loss now & I am so [Edited: "Language"] about all of this yet Xfinity does not care. I don’t understand how the district manager can do this to people & get away with it. Looks like I might have to just cancel everything & go back to Verizon.
