Xfinity Lies

I was lied to by Xfinity Mobile and I am ready to file a complaint with the FCC.  I switched a phone to Xfinity from Verizon; I was told the Verizon device promotion would be paid off up to $500.00 by Xfinity.  Now it has been 2 months and nothing has been sent to Verizon.   I have spent hours on the phone and live chats and everyone I talk to tells me something different.  Today I was told I have to pay of Verizon and then I get a $500 gift card from Xfinity!!  Seriously??  What kind of promotion is that?!  I never would have signed up for that!!  I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told that I'm not the account holder my husband is.   I'm an authorized user and have been for 20+ years!!  I transferred the phone to Xfinity without my husband so why do I need him to speak to a supervisor.  Absoulutly been treated terribly and feel badly for anyone that falls for these predatory tactics.

A class action lawsuit should be filed. The FCC and CFPB has to be aware. 

Unfortunately a class action will only suit the attorney and Xfinity. The consumer will probably end up with a $5 credit.
