Xfinity is scamming its customers
Xfinity is telling its customers they can get a new iPhone 16 if they activate a new line. They said you could still keep your old phone number with the new phone. Once I purchase the new phone and tried to transfer my old number they then said the promo isn’t valid. This is a scam and misinformation. Stay away from Xfinity.

@user_gf8j10 I read in another post that you have to wait 90 days before you can make any changes. I would call them to confirm 1-888-936-4968. They will need to swap the IMEI/phone numbers on your account.
