Xfinity Is Asking for ID but Gives Me No Way to Submit It

I am extremely frustrated with this situation.

My previous Xfinity Mobile order was canceled because Xfinity claimed that my identity could not be verified.

I contacted customer service and tried to resolve the issue. I was told that I could not keep/port my existing phone number and that I would have to activate a new number.

However, when I placed the order myself online, the system clearly allowed me to keep/port my existing number. So I placed another order myself.

And now I am facing the exact same problem again.

I have received NO identity verification text message and NO verification email or upload link.

I then called Xfinity Support. I was told that I need to upload my ID, which I am completely willing to do. But then the representative told me that they cannot help me upload the ID and cannot provide me with a way to complete the verification.

This makes absolutely no sense.

Xfinity is telling me that I need to verify my identity, while at the same time not providing me with any way to actually complete the verification.

Then what exactly am I supposed to do?

Am I supposed to keep placing new orders and wait for Xfinity to cancel each one because your system never sends me the verification link?
