Xfinity is a joke!

I pay my bill on time and still yet I can’t upgrade my phones. Next week I’m switching to Att, I still got this iPhone 14 Pro Max and ready to switch to some current phones. I was gaslighted to think I was able to upgrade my phones today and was let down. Next Friday I’m switching to ATT. Don’t come here if you want to upgrade you better off with another mobile carrier.

Thanks for reaching out to us @user_pgn2nb! I’m really sorry you were led to believe you’d be able to upgrade today and then felt let down. I know I personally would be frustrated to hear that news after keeping the account in good standing.

I’d like to take a closer look at your upgrade eligibility. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
