Xfinity Internet and Mobile Bundle Discount Gone after Equipment Change Order

My original order for Gigabit Internet + Xfinity mobile at the time had an offer for a free line (Order 1001924150662029). I noticed now this disappeared when I had request an equipment upgrade to an XB8 and have been billed for the past 3 months for mobile. 

Is there a contact to have this reach the right department ?
