Xfinity id verification process is very bad
I placed an order for xfinity line along with the mobile phone and xfinity sent me a message to submit my id which i did within minutes and it said you will get an update of your order within 24 hours but no luck. I reached to xfinity support over the phone and they do not have any process to check or expedite the id verification process.
Why xfinity’s id verification process is so bad and slow. Also why do xfinity asks for my identity when I already have a running account with xfinity which pretty much means my id has been already verified by them when i started my service with them.
This is a very bad customer experience and needs a lot of improvement. I am highly disappointed ☹️
