xfinity hotspot problem

I have been able to connect to a xfinity hotspot near my art studio for more than a year without issues. Suddenly, without any changes on my end, the connection no longer works. I use an android phone and have no problem connecting to other available hotspots. Wondering if there is a fix for this issue. Would a wifi booster help? Just find it weird that it worked for more than a year and now it doesn't.

Hello, @user_c3c144, is the hotspot still showing up on your device? Or is it no longer showing up on all devices?

@XfinityJosephA​ yes it shows up as the xfinity wifi. Just doesn't stay connected. I have ordered a wifi extender and hopefully that will work. Thoughts?
