Xfinity holding me hostage!
I have moved away from Florida where I used Xfinity for my cellular carrier. Now that I’m moved I’m trying to switch to another carrier as Xfinity doesn’t work well here. I tried to get a transfer code on the Xfinity app as it is supposed to be “easy” to do. It’s not!! The app is not working to do this, I was on the phone with six different Xfinity people who kept transferring me for over two hours yesterday trying to get this code! The last person told me that someone would contact me 24 hours later if the app continued to have problems. Well, that 24 hrs has come and gone with no call and the app is still not allowing me to get this transfer code! It’s totally ridiculous that we cannot cancel our Xfinity service and feel like Xfinity is holding us hostage. I would warn anyone looking for cell service to be wary of Xfinity!!! Customer service is horrible and good luck if you ever want to switch to a different carrier!
