Xfinity Hello 2023 Sale

I signed up for (and activated) Xfinity internet on Jan 6 (when Xfinity had the "Hello 2023" sale running which offered $500 back with Xfinity internet and 2 Xfinity Mobile lines).

I have not yet signed up up the Xfinity mobile lines. The terms of the $500 back Hello 2023 sale state -

"...Offer ends 01/10/2023... " &

"...Requires activation of 2 new Xfinity Mobile lines by 3/31/2023 and transfer of phone numbers to each of the two lines from another carrier within 30 days of line activation..."

I had my Xfinity internet up and running on 01/06/2023 (before the offer ended). Can I sign up 2 Xfinity Mobile lines NOW (before 3/31/2023) and get the $500 OR did I have to sign up for Xfinity mobile before 01/10/2023 as well? 

The terms are very confusing? What was the 01/10/2023 offer end date for (Xfinity internet OR both internet & mobile) and what is the 03/31/2023 date for?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 

Press Enter to send it
