Xfinity didn't receive/process trade in?
Hi I sent in my old phone using xfinity's prepaid label. The tracking shows it was received at the Xfinity address but it's not being marked as shipped or received... This is $800 on the line, what gives??

I will say I did text customer service and the next day my phone was marked as received and accepted and the credit will be applied!
