Xfinity detected $1000 dollars returned iPhone 15 pro saying functional issue

Xfinity charged full amount on my returned iPhone 15 pro by saying functional issue on my phone . I did not even use for it one day . It was completely fine  with out any issue .

Please do the needful.

Exactly same for me! They just emailed us saying phone was functional damage and put the charge on us without providing any proof. How can this kind of scam be allowed to happen?

They've done the same to me and others and deleted our comments on here. They also pulled the functional damage card on my return, but conveniently have no proof or images or documentation after spending hours on the phone with them.

I got the same issue today as well, It is unbelievable, this is totally not right for a company like this. I'm moving out of Xfinity and telling my friends/Family never use this scam

Have you solved the issue? I am facing exactly the same issue. I got $785 charged after returning the iPhone 15. I am their customer for a long time. This is frustrating

I opened up a case with xfinity support this morning which wasn’t that helpful. So I wrote a compliant on FCC website about them as FCC can take this issue higher against xfinity. When I see these charges hit my credit card, I will call my credit card to reject the charges since this situation is so unethical.

There will be no help. You will be paying the amount you owe them or they will cut your service. This is terrible, and this is truly robbing from customers. I will no longer using any Xfinity service
