Xfinity constantly lying

Xfinity added an additional line to my mobile plan without my permission. When I called to have it removed they canceled my main correct line. I now have no service. I then spoke to several agents who said they would not only restore my service, but they would give me a $1000 gift card, 3 months of free home internet, and 2 months of cell service. No one has helped me and I don't have a working phone. What's the deal? I have a recording of our conversation
