Xfinity charging for outages

Xfinity is charging for nonexistent services and sending bills for services that has outages everyday and promising perks that are never given. Customer service agents are not available and it makes a difference for any customers service agents to know what is going on in the area of customer to provide the preferred services.   The live chat does not work unless the customer wants to chat wit a bot (no living) or someone that lives a tossed the world that only is able to read their responses back to the customer : thank you for you patience, I totally understand your frustration that the agent is a customer too (lies) and that they will help after they get your information after the customer has given the information ten times prior to connecting to agent that is in a building with hundred other agents doing the same skits. I am one of hundreds in my neighborhood that are TIRED of the lies, false information and services and outages and then we get charged amounts that are outrages.  Stealing and lying is illegal where we live and we are going to ever social media platform BBB and going to contact the news reporters to let all victims of Xfinity has taken advantage of and only provided outage charges. NOMORE BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND TIME TO HOLD XFINITY ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR Negligence and fraudulent actions against us customers.
