Xfinity Call Guard

I am truly very upset.  I’ve been calling and chatting practically every day for the last 3 weeks.  I got spammed calls all the time. I have premium unlimited calls, the plan should allow access to Xfinity call guard.  They kept saying it’s escalated.  It’s fixed. But never been : /. Very disappointed with the service and company.
