Xfinity app to activate xfi pod not working

Keep getting same error message attempting to activate xfi pod:  something went wrong, try again later.


Seems app server  has issue or is down. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Howdy @user_acfa43

Have you attempted to do a full power cycle of the primary xFi gateway? To synchronize the system and fully activate the pods can sometimes require the reboot of the signal source. Hope you are having an awesome day! Excited to help get this sorted out.
