Xfinity App Can't PAY BILL

The xfinity app, website and link they send to your phone all DO NOT WORK. How am I supposed to pay my bill since you can't talk to agent.

@XfinityThomasD​ Hi. No it says Restricted Access- go back to My Account and then if you do that and try to go to pay my bill same thing happens. Had to go to a store and pay in person (didn't have time to wait to talk to anyone). This is very frustrating. If you use the link that they send when you call that one says their is a problem with the webpage and you get an error message.

I appreciate you giving it a shot! Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies for your web browser by chance? That usually helps to give a "reset" to the website and a fresh login.
