Xfinity agent totally mislead me
An Xfinity agent had me cancel my account with AT&T and port my number over to Xfinity upon the promise that they will pay off my device that I owe $600 on. After doing so it was told to me that I needed to pay off the device out of my own pocket and that Xfinity will only reimburse $200. I need to escalate this issue
