Worst Mobile Experience of my Life
Anyone else had insane billing issues??? An xfinity rep in store convinced me two years ago to bundle my wifi with a phone plan that I didn't need because the deal made my overall cost cheaper. It was like $100 a month for wifi or $75 for the same speed wifi plus an extra mobile plan. So why not, right?
Since then I've moved and cancelled service at the old address. I am still being charged for a mobile plan that I NEVER activated on a service account that has been cancelled. There is almost $300 of extra charges, I'm being charged $115 one month, than $55, than $48 with NO RECORD anywhere on my xfinity account (on either address) of these ghost charges. I've been in store twice, called multiple times, and sat through hours of chats for NO ONE to be able to help me or even find where these charges are coming from. They just flip me back and forth between xfinity mobile and wifi, with both groups saying "it's not us charging you, it's the other guys". I need a refund of these charges asap. Do not get xfinity mobile under any circumstances, we are cancelling xfinity mobile and wifi as soon as we can.
