Worst cx experience ever

HOW DO I RETURN A PHONE.  I have been trying to return a phone for 2 months.  Keep getting run around.  Hoyrs on hours on pgobe and chat with no resolve.  Worst experience ever.  I am about to terminate my detbice but know they will overcharge me.  Now I'm being charged for not returning the phone.  This has been going on for 2 months.
