Worst customer service experience
I have had the absolute worst customer service experience with the customer service line. I had to call over 6 times speak to multiple people, explain my situation each time I spoke with someone new for the reason for my call even when it was supposed to be a warm transfer. The representatives are very unprofessional using phrases like, oh my god! And Like, and being very rude when I’m explaining my situation. I was on hold for well over an hour and a half while a supervisor was reviewing my account and he disconnected my call even after I waited over an hour trying to get in contact with a supervisor. I didn’t get a call back and had to call again and wait another hour while an extremely rude supervisor looked up my account and said there was nothing she could do for me even after my issue was supposed to be resolved over a week ago per another supervisor. I asked to file a formal complaint on the other employee that hung up one me and not contacting me back and she just brushed it off and said yeah ok we can do that and explained she can no longer help me. I thought this was supposed to be reputable company but your customer service is horrendous. I still would like to make a formal complaint, especially having to call well over 6 times over the past 3 weeks because I would never get a call back after I was told I would. It’s such a disgrace that this company treats its customers this way especially for those that pay hard earned money for your services provided.
