Worst customer service ever!

Been trying to talk to someone to get a live person technician out to replace my box and they all say still  getting in touch with a technician..

A quick step you can try now:
If the box is not working at all, please unplug it from power for about 60 seconds, plug it back in, and allow it a few minutes to restart. If it still fails after that, replacement or a technician visit may be needed. Here is our official guide on troubleshooting cable services:

Our team can assist with shipping a new cable box or scheduling a technician to swap the cable box. There may be a fee to ship or schedule the technician. Alternatively, a new box can be picked up at a local Xfinity store at the same time the old box is being returned.
