Worst customer service ever in existence!!!

I have spent a total of 11 hours on the phone trying to get 2 phones linked from one xfinity account to a new account that was created by their agent by mistake. And all they do is transfer me back and forward.i will be canceling every service. Phone, internet, streaming, as well as at home security. After years of service.
