Worse Service Ever

I had only experienced Xfinity for a short amount of time when i decided i could not deal with them. They told me i could not change my home address on my account. They also added 7 lines to my mobile account when i only had ONE that was in the process of being canceled. When i did have the Xfinity mobile for the short amount of time that i did the service was terrible. The phone that i sent back was still showing on my account that it needed to be activated although i sent it back before two weeks of having it and asked for the service to be canceled before i became penalized for it. As well and multiple lines and charges with peoples phones numbers and names that i did not know. Every person i had talked to even the supervisor was misleading and did not give me the correct information about a lot of things. I’ve had no good experiences with this service at all.
