Worse mobile customer service ever!!!!
Worse customer service ever. No one can help. Everyone is clueless there. I screen shot every online chat I had with them. In the past 3 days. Promo code for an Apple Watch in my rewards says invalid and no one can fix it. Everyone is clueless and not helpful.
