Will I continue receiving credit if I swap to another device?

Hi,

I recently received and activated a new iphone SE. The new phone qualities for 24 month credit for free.

I am wondering what if swap the SIM to my old device and keep my mobile plan unchanged for the next 24 month, will I continue receiving the new device credit ?
