Wifi+mobile
Hi i am looking to get a new mobile connection (I am an existing xfinity internet user). I wanted to check if I am eligible for any bundle discount. I tried calling customer care, but I get a different answer everytime around (some say it's 35 usd discount some say no discount) it would be great if anyone can help me with this. And also if I am eligible for a discount then for what time period will I have the discount?

Hello @user_0gh1pc, and thanks for reaching out with your question about mobile discounts. Some offers do include discounts for getting mobile service with them, and some don't, so your question is a little hard to answer directly without knowing what offer you have or want to move to. I can certainly take a look at the account though, and give you a better answer.
Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
