WiFi Calling Not Working
I brought my iPhone Xs Max from AT&T to Xfinity yesterday. New sim installed, Shows LTE, everything else appears to be working, but the WiFi Calling.
It’s a loop... I toggle the WiFi calling; enter emergency address, once finished, I go back to check on it and the WiFi calling has been turned/toggled off.
I have tried Reset All Settings, Reset Network Setting and Erased All Content and Settings.
None have helped.
I have called Xfinity Mobile several times, just so they can tell me "Wi-Fi Calling is on by default on your account." I am not getting anywhere with them, and the store does not have the Mobile staff on hand right now.
I really need this WiFi calling to work. Please help.

Same issue with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Unfortunately, my Xfinity bill/service address includes a “full” zip code (the extra four numbers) which the emergency address form doesn’t accept. Spent hours on the phone with Xfinity to no avail - now I’m waiting for a call back that I’m guessing will never happen. If I can’t add the extra 4 zip code numbers, I don’t think I can ever get my emergency address to perfectly match by billing/service address. This is ridiculous.

Help line just disconnects after a while. Now getting message to call Xfinity to set up. Occasionally get a message to call Verizon to set up. Total joke.

I have the same problem with. Brand new iPhone 12 Pro and a pro max. This is obviously a known problem that Xfinity has failed to resolve and yet they still sell their phone service promising wifi hotspot calling. Time to move on to the Better Business Bureau.

I have the same problem with a brand new iPhone 12 Pro and an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I have spent hours on the phone with Customer Service and have been escalated to higher service tiers. The problem has never been resolved. In addition, repeated promises to call back have not been kept. This is obviously a known problem that Xfinity Mobile has failed to resolve and yet they still sell their phone service promising wifi hotspot calling. This misrepresentation of what their product can provide is not acceptable. Time to move on to the Better Business Bureau and the FTC.
Update: I just submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

I think I fixed the wifi calling problem on my xfibity iPhone 12 using some advice from a Verizon troubleshooting page. They suggested going into settings>cellular>cellular data options>voice&data> and then switching from 5G Auto to LTE. I am not a tech savvy person so I don't understand exactly why this worked or if it will have adverse effects elsewhere, but I thought it might be worth sharing.
