why xfinity does not honor my $300 VISA prepaid card

Xfinity sent me the $300 VISA card, but was lost in the mail. they checked and $300 was not spent, so they promised to resend it, but i never received it. i later checked the rewards site and the web sites was gone. 

i later called rep, she said she did not know about it and she could not find anything, nothing they can do ??!!!

please help !

  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it
