Why is Xfinity Mobile Support so bad?

Every interaction I have had has been absolutely awful. Quit penny pinching with call centers over seas and provide your customers (paying [Edit: Language] money for your services), with actual support.

@XfinityEva​ Everything!!  You are horribly trained and lazy!  You do not care to help your customers resolve issues.  If it gets tough, you just transfer us to another agent and we have to start over until we give up and disconnect!
