Why is the rewards page blank for me?

There is no way I can look at my rewards. I tried everything. Logging out then back in. Clearing cache. Using a difference browser. Using a computer instead of my smartphone. Turning off my VPN. But still the same thing. It's  been like this for a week now.

Hi there, @John1989 I'm very sorry for the trouble you are having trying to view your Rewards page. It's been a few days since you posted, are you still experiencing trouble view the Rewards page, if so please reach back out so we can get to the bottom of the issue you are having.-Richard

My problem wasn't solved and I called them. They couldn't solved it either but a ticket is open and they will call me back next Wednesday to see if I'm still having problems if not they will get into my account myself and do the order for me with rewards, all ill have to do is agree to it

@John1989, thank you for working with our phone team to get that ticket created and this looked into further. Our Xfinity Rewards program is pretty amazing, so I totally get why this is important. We have some awesome promotions for our customers to take advantage there, and I'll stick with you until we get this figured out. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
