Why do emails sent to junk or delete folders keep coming back to my inbox?

Hi there @jmaiorano! Deleted emails usually reappear due to a sync error between the Comcast server and your email app (like Apple Mail or Outlook). To help us pinpoint why these emails keep coming back, how do you normally check and delete your emails? (Apple Mail, Outlook, or the Xfinity website?)
