Where’s my return label

I got tricked into new phones and mobile service when I called in for help with my Wi-Fi not connecting. (As usual) service usually sucks !  I red to speak to a person

You are welcome to reach out at 800-Xfinity, but we are also happy to help you here! If it would make things easier for you, go ahead and take it down to a local store and you can drop it all off there too!

I’m serious when I say this. I’m taking your phones to my local Comcast and leaving them. I’ve changed my account number so you can’t and won’t charge me for anything!! I’m not a happy customer with mobile at all. You won’t get a dime from me.
