Wheres my gift card???
so like months and months ago i called in soo many times in order to get a stupid billing issue fixed. long story short. i was promised a $100 visa gift card. I was then confirmed a second time about this gift card, and a third person said I should receive it within the next 30 days...I still havent. an i never did get the billing thing sorted out either. just got a letter yesterday that they sent an outstanding balance that was an administrative error to collections which is now affecting my credit score. its nearly impossible to reach a human...'
