@user_ee4qls It's a per line fee charged when you do not have Xfinity internet. Have you recently changed or cancelled any services?

Thanks.  Makes sense.  Is aligned with a change in service that I made several months ago.  I'm just recognizing that now.

Hello, user_ee4qls! @DreamSayerZ is correct that when you do not have our internet service there is a $25 per line, per month line access fee. You can see more about what happens when you have an Xfinity Mobile only <edited spelling> account at this link. Have you moved our of our footprint or do you want to look at options to add the internet service back on?

Thanks.  Right now I am in flux, just moving back to the US after being overseas, but keeping my US mobile phone.  Not quite ready to add internet service until we land in a home.

@user_2gkt4x I understand not wanting to pay a fee but you only pay this line access fee if you were to cancel your residential services and keep Xfinity Mobile. I would also suggest reviewing the link: https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support/article/xfinity-service-cancellation-details.
