what happened to wifi hotspot I used to have access with?

I used to have xfinity wifi hotspot at my work but now it's gone so, I barely have signal now. Can anyone explain to me why my phone is not detecting their hotspot anymore?

user_fqr3rb, Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to visit XFINITY over our forums page for help with that hotspot. I love being able to use hot spots whether at home to save data or on the go. We are the right place to go for help. Normally, I have seen this happen when the source of the moves or cancels their service. When one becomes unavailable, here is a great link to our Wifi Hotspots map. Please let me know if this helps.
