Thanks for reaching out to us, we hate to lose you as a customer but we do understand there are other options out there. This link  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/cancel-xfinity-mobile-service  has great information on canceling your mobile services and how the device payoff payments work

 

“If you canceled your Xfinity Mobile service and still owe a balance on your device payment plan, you have two options:

  • Pay off the device in full, then contact us to unlock it. This is needed if you plan to bring your device to your new service provider.
  • Continue with the remaining monthly device payments, as long as you keep Xfinity Internet, TV, or Voice service.
    • If you cancel all Xfinity services, the rest of the balance on your device will be due with your final Xfinity Mobile bill.”
