Want to close my mobile account

Hi there, I moved from the U.S. to Europe and would like to close my mobile line. But I can't do it online, and I filled out the callback form a couple of times. Nobody is calling me back. I am not in a position to call the Xfinity customer center. Can you please help me close my mobile line? Thank you
