Visa Gift Cards with phone purchase

We switched our mobile phone service to Xfinity a few months ago and purchased two phones. We were told Xfinity would mail use two $200 Visa Gift Cards. They never came. After several annoying sessions of run-around trying to find the status, I was just told that there was no gift card promotion in April. If that's true we were lied to when we purchased the phones, we didn't just make up a gift card fantasy. Is there any way to contact customer service to resolve this?

@LEmerson

I'm sorry to hear about your situation with the promotion.  I know how frustrating it can be to expect one thing and later be told another.  I'd be happy to look into this for you.

This very exact thing is happening to me. We were baited into buying 2 devices and switching to Xfinity w the promise of 2 $200 gift cards. That was 10 months ago and I have had about 15 phone calls, talked to around 25 people, spent countless hours, been disconnected during holds about 5 times with no return calls, and been promised calls by people who never called back. Between Comcast reward center, tier 1, tier 2, tier 3, they are trying to make it sound like there was no gift card, there was a gift card but not for that amount, there was a credit not a gift card, and that there was no promotion at all; that my husband and I made the entire promotion thing up. This is an absolute disgrace, Comcast is up to their old ways under now the name Xfinity.
