Visa gift card offer

Hello. I joined xfinity home Internet few months prior switching to Xfinity mobile. The hello 2023

promotion for 500$ didn’t qualified me as the internet service was not done in January but for being a value customer then they offer me a promotion of a $200 Visa gift card per line will be mailed to my address after 90 Days of service, Now I called to Customer care and asking about the same so they don’t have any information about,So Requesting team to verify the promotion offer mentioned on xifinity website in January month Kindly do the needful to get my $200 gift card per line mailed to my address which I am waiting for.

Escalated the call spoke to Kim D supervisor stated she was able to find the rewards of

400$ total visa gift card however is a different department that handles that. I request some type of email to be sent to me regarding the rewards to have proof as every time I call customer service no one hasn’t  been able  to find the rewards. Case ticket # ecm0001328511  tel [Edited: "Personal Information"] incentives department
