VISA debit card

I have asked this before with no answer.  I received a VISA $50 debit card but did not get or set a PIN for it and no one will accept the card without a PIN.  How can I set  PIN?

Hi there, @user_3ac1ee I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience you are going through with not having a pin to use your prepaid card, I truly understand how frustrating this experience may be for you. @XfinityRichard​ Does that ONLY reset the PIN for the VISA debit card I received when I got Xfinity Mobile?  I don't want to reset any other Xfinity PIN number , nor the one for my phone account.

Hi there, @user_3ac1ee  Thank you so much for your time today. That will only reset the Visa pin, that will not reset any of your other services pin numbers.
