visa card status for upgrading to new iPhone is no longer showing in reward center

I upgraded to a new iphone 11 on 8/6/2020 which was during the promotional period 7/14 - 8/17 and was told I would receive a $200 visa card, but when I check the status of the visa card on the reward center this promotion is not there anymore but it used to show I was elgible for it? My phone before upgrading was completely paid off and my account has been in good standing since the day I signed up with Xfinity. I just want to know if I am still going to receive this reward
