VERIFYING MY IDENTITY ISSUES

I have been an Xfinity customer for 18 years. I have been an Xfinity Mobile Customer since 2018. I have purchased a new phone every year with Xfinity. Last week when purchasing the iPhone 17 Pro Max on pre-order day - received an email letting me know that I would need to verify my identity by uploading front and rear of my state issued ID.

It shows that it is still in progress after 3 days. I have called the Verification Team which is located offshore. I have made several calls to them and have experienced several different answers.

This is quite frustrating as there does not seem to be a team higher up or where I can escalate it to?

Hopefully I can find answers via this forum.
