Verification

Hello!

I bought a phone from Xfinity a couple of days ago and submitted my documents, but I still have not received any sort of confirmation or shipping notice. I am currently phone-less and about to travel by myself, so I need a phone for that. Xfinity has been incredibly speedy all of the years I have been with them, but this process is a bit infuriating. When I attempted to call them I was put on hold for 2 hours. Does anyone know of an easier way to get my documents verified and to get my phone by the time I need it? Thanks!
