Using eSIM from two lines under Xfinity Mobile on locked iPhone 14

iPhone 14 supports only eSIMs. I have a mobile phone line from Xfinity running on a locked iPhone 14. I have another line on my Xfinity account that I would like to add to my iPhone. Does Xfinity support using dual eSIMs from the same carrier?

It could, it should, but then again we are talking about XM, not other carriers! And, who knows what unpublished policies, whitelists, or blacklists they may have?

1.) Before you try anything get your other device unlocked and paid off if not done already.
2.) Then try the following: Go into the XM Mobile App, click devices, select your old line/device, select Upgrade or Switch devices, Select Bring your own, and continue on and see if you get anywhere when you add the IMEI of your new iPhone.

If that doesn’t work then it’s time to call XM.

GOOD LUCK.   Let us know if you are successful or not.

I have exactly the same question. I am afraid to try this myself because last night, I was told by XM Tier 2/Advanced Support that two lines can be put on the iPhone 14 but that only one can be active at a time. So you have to toggle between them, and when you're on one line, it's as if the other is disconnected. obviously, that's not acceptable.

has anyone done this successfully?

XM Tier 2/Advanced Support says they hope to have this figured out by the summer.

I brought an unlocked iPhone 14 pro to xFinity mobile.  I tried to get 2 eSIMS from xFinity to work on 1 phone.  I was unable to do so. Online Xfinity Mobile support was not helpful. So I went to a store. They told me they still can’t support two eSims from Xfinity on one phone. I was able to continue with one eSIM on Xfinity, and another eSIM on another carrier. (Consumer Cellular.)
