Urgent Concerns Regarding Service and Billing Issues

I’m writing to express serious concerns about my recent experience with Xfinity Mobile.

Initially, I bundled my internet and phone based on a promotion: two lines at $25 each with unlimited data. Unfortunately, from day one, I faced coverage issues at home and in frequented areas, forcing me to revert to T-Mobile. However, due to system glitches, my lines couldn’t transfer back, leaving me no choice but to remain with Xfinity.

The most concerning issue arose when my plan was changed—without my consent or notification—to a limited shared data plan, resulting in a $620 bill. I never agreed to this change, and despite some credits, I am still out hundreds of dollars.

I kindly ask for a thorough review of my case and a resolution that restores my original agreement and reimburses me fully for the unauthorized charges.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

@user_ugknmx Xfinity Mobile warns you about data usage through text alerts, emails, and in-app notifications when you hit 50%, 80%, and 100% of your "By the Gig" data, and you can check real-time usage in the Xfinity app, which helps prevent unexpected overage charges by alerting you before you exceed your monthly data allowance for shared plans. Did you not get any of these alerts?
