Urgent Billing Issue

I have closed my xfinity plan however, I still got charged for the last two months and the bill was overpriced. I’d like to speak to a representative to resolve this issue and get a refund.

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
