Urgent Billing Dispute – $1303+ Charge on Xfinity Mobile Account

Hi,
I’m reaching out about a $1304 international data charge on my daughter’s line. We were traveling for less than two weeks, and I wasn’t aware that the phone would default to pay-as-you-go at $0.30/MB.

I’ve made multiple attempts to contact customer support, but I’ve experienced long wait times and haven’t been able to connect with a representative. It’s been very frustrating trying to get help.

I’d really appreciate if Xfinity could offer a courtesy credit or reduce the charges — this was an honest mistake, and I’ve been a loyal customer. I understand the policy, but I’m hoping there’s some flexibility given the circumstances. Thanks
