Update IMEI, Esim, SOS mode phone number

I have been trying to get my phone activated for quite sometime.  I have been hung up on not called back told we did it and nothing has been done.  I am getting calls from family saying people are calling them because they can't get ahold of me.  My phone is stuck in SOS mode.  I am looking online Xfinity mobile and it has the wrong imei number.  Several reps from Xfinity said they were going to fix this and no one has followed up with me at all to make sure it has been completed and my phone is currently working.  Now I find out that my phone number was changed, back on the 13 of September and I didn't request a number change at all.  I am frustrated to say the least.  I have contacted Apple Care and they said it is a network issue.  I am getting to the point where I just want to leave and go somewhere else.  I am also sharing a phone with my wife to get calls from family and friends.  I need something done, YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@jlwalker1971 We appreciate you reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums. I'm truly sorry to hear of the frustrations you're experiencing with your phone. Due to account security with Xfinity Mobile we don't have access to the Xfinity Mobile accounts. You would need to reach out to that department separately by calling or texting 1-888-936-4968 and one of our dedicated Xfinity Mobile specialists are there for assistance 24/7.

I understand that you have already tried calling though. Have you attempted to visit our Xfinity Mobile assistant page, where we have support available thorough chat as well to reach a resolution: https://comca.st/3vkGv93.

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.

I feel your pain. I ran into this same issue 5 days ago. They sent me a second phone and now, after attempting to restore my data I now have the same issue again with the SOS. I have spent about 30 hours with customer support, and like you have been told over and over again that someone is going to call me back or that they have fixed the issue, I just need to wait for the changes to take effect. The kicker is that when they went to send me my replacement phone, they changed my number without authorization. So now I don't have the same number but it doesn't really matter at this point because I also don't have a phone that works!
