Unstable Internet

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue.   I've had my phone and my plan for over a year now.  Just recently I cannot do anything internet related.  (Galaxy S22 Ultra)

I've connected to both "Xfinity"   and "Xfinity Mobile" networks. And although it shows connection is great and speeds are good, still nothing.   I've even been duped into upgrading my service all for nothing.

I get the same routine from customer service

Thanks for reachig out to us here today! I am sorry to hear you are having trouble connecting to as Wi-Fi hotspot. You can find instructions for locating and connecting to hotspots here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/about-xfinity-wifi-internet. Pleas let me know if that does not resolve the issue!
